Grounded Care for Individual Healing
An embodied and culturally responsive space for healing

Individual psychotherapy at Kayari is an embodied and culturally responsive space for healing. We work with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and race-based trauma, honoring the ways personal suffering is shaped by history, identity, and lived experience.
We move beyond traditional talk therapy by integrating Somatic Experiencing® and Brainspotting, trauma-informed approaches that support the nervous system in processing deep emotional wounds and releasing stored physical tension.
Therapy unfolds at a pace guided by safety, presence, and respect for your inner wisdom.
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we attend to the body’s responses, emotional patterns, and relational history—supporting regulation, resilience, and lasting change.
