 At Kayari, trauma recovery is approached with care, patience, and deep respect for the body’s innate wisdom to heal.

This service supports individuals working with PTSD, sexual abuse, and chronic stress, offering a grounded space where healing unfolds at a pace guided by safety and nervous system regulation.

We use advanced, evidence-based modalities such as EMDR and Somatic Experiencing® to help the body gently complete interrupted trauma responses. Rather than reliving the past, therapy focuses on restoring a sense of agency, stability, and internal safety.

Sessions are guided by attunement and presence, allowing the nervous system to release stored survival energy, reduce symptoms, and rebuild trust in the body’s capacity to recover.
